Question 1

Is our data visible to other subscribers?

Accepted Answer

No. Your vendor list is private to your institution — no other subscriber can see it.

Question 2

Do we need IT support to set it up?

Accepted Answer

No installation needed. Create an account, add your first vendor, and you're tracking renewals.

Question 3

Can more than one person use it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The subscription is per institution, not per seat — your whole team works from the same ledger.

Question 4

What if we already track vendors in a spreadsheet?

Accepted Answer

Bring the data over. Add vendors individually or start from your existing export.
